CANCELLATION AND REFUND

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
At Sunshine Lyf, we understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to provide a flexible cancellation and refund policy to accommodate our clients’ needs. Here’s our policy:

  1. Cancellation:
    Clients can cancel their coaching sessions or consultations by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  2. Refunds:
    a. Live Coaching Sessions: Refunds for live coaching sessions will be provided if cancellation is made within the specified timeframe and is in accordance with our cancellation policy.
    b. Consultations: Refunds for consultation fees will be issued if cancellation is made within the specified timeframe and is in accordance with our cancellation policy.
  3. Refund Process:
    Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment within [X] business days after the cancellation request is approved. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
  4. Exceptional Circumstances:

  5. No-shows:
    Clients who fail to attend their scheduled coaching sessions or consultations without prior notice (i.e., no-shows) will not be eligible for refunds.

By booking a coaching session or consultation with Sunshine Lyf, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation and refund policy.
